• We may share your Personal      Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to      a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we      receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
• We may disclose your      information to any of our employees, officers, insurers, professional      advisers, agents, suppliers, or subcontractors insofar as reasonably      necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy.  Personal      information is only supplied to a third party when it is required for the      delivery of our services. 
• We may use your information      to protect the copyright, trademarks, legal rights, property or safety of Sparrow and Sage      Divine Wellness, www.sparrowandsageau.com.au, its customers or third parties.
• Information that we collect      may be stored, processed in or transferred between parties located in      countries outside of Australia.  This may include but is not limited      to China, where our suppliers are located.
• If there is a change in      control of our business or a sale of transfer of business assets, we      reserve the right to transfer to the extent permissible at law our user      databases, together with any personal information and non-personal      information contained in those databases.  This information may be      disclosed to a potential purchaser under an agreement to maintain      confidentiality.  We would seek to only disclose information in good      faith and where required by any of the above circumstances.
• By providing us with      personal information, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy and      the types of disclosure covered by this Policy.  Where we disclose      your personal information to third parties, we will request that the third      party follow this Policy regarding handling your personal information.

Payment Information

We use GoDaddy to power our online store and Square to power our online payments. They provide us with the online e-commerce platforms that allow us to sell our items to you. Your personal information is stored through GoDaddy's data storage, databases and the general GoDaddy application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then GoDaddy stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Behavioural Advertising

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. For example:

Data Retention
