A Gentle Hands-On Modality to Improve Your Life.  Access Bars® is a unique energy healing practice that involves gentle touch on the 32 energy points located on your head. These points correspond to various aspects of your life, including communication, joy, healing, and more. Each point holds thoughts, emotions, attitudes, and beliefs that we've gathered throughout our lives. By applying pressure to these points, negative belief systems and points of view can be effortlessly released, allowing you to create the life you want.

Think of your brain as a cluttered computer hard drive. Running your Bars can be like hitting the delete button and creating space in your mind. This transformational experience can help you release negative thought patterns and mental chatter, making room for positive energy to flow in and giving you a sense of calm. 

 Reiki is an age-old hands-on energy healing technique that works to aid in the body's natural healing process. By guiding the recipient to a state of energetic balance, Reiki can heal physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. The term "reiki" is derived from the Japanese words "rei," meaning universal, and "ki," meaning vital life force energy that flows through all living things.

Seichim is another ancient healing technique that operates at a higher vibration and focuses on heart healing, forgiveness, releasing, and manifesting. It is a sacred, advanced, hands-on healing technique that vibrates feminine energy and compliments the masculine energy of Reiki. With its gentle, loving nature, Seichim heals on a deeper emotional and spiritual level, with a particular focus on the heart center.

Energy healing treatments are intuitively guided and may include a combination of Reiki and Seichim therapies, as well as intuitive guidance. Distance healing is also available and is just as effective as in-person sessions. You can receive distance healing treatments from the comfort of your own home or while on the go.

 Reiki for kids is a gentle, complementary therapy that promotes energy healing within the body on a holistic level. This kind of healing process is non-invasive and done in a manner that won’t scare or terrify kids.  Just like grown ups, Reiki offers several benefits for children such as promoting relaxation, reducing stress and anxiety, improving sleep, boosting the immune system, and enhancing overall well-being.  Reiki is a great tool that can be used to support children with behavioral or emotional issues, or who might be struggling with life changes (such as a new sibling or parent separation), school stress, or lack of confidence and self worth by promoting a sense of calm and balance.

Kids sessions usually last up to 30 minutes for younger children and up to 45 mins for older children.  

NOTE: I have a DCIS clearance for working with children, and it is my general practice that kids sessions are completely non-touch and parents are asked to remain in the room during the session.

 Champissage, also known as "Indian Head Massage", originates from the ancient Ayurvedic form of healing that dates back almost 4,000 years.  It is believed that the mind and body are intricately connected and thus can influence one another. Through this theory, it is understood that Champissage can reduce headaches, improve physical well-being, and can also assist in improving mental and emotional wellness.  This massage therapy also includes working what are called marma points on the scalp, face, neck and shoulders in order to open up energy channels, balance chakras, and help relieve tension and stress. It works the upper three chakras: vishuddha, ajna, and sahasrara, and can be used for physical harmony, healing, and vitality, as well as general relaxation.

 Just as we need to maintain our personal energy fields, we should also maintain healthy positive energy in our homes, and offices too. Our sacred spaces can easily become clogged with negative energy, leaving us feeling drained. These stagnant energies can accumulate in various ways such as arguments, illness, trauma, or clutter to name a few. It can negatively affect the overall wellbeing of you, your family, pets or other aspects of your life. It is advisable to clear your house before moving in or selling your home, if the energy feels stagnant, if there are persistent illnesses or arguments, or if you are experiencing unexplained phenomena. This clearing restores balance, divine light and harmony to your sacred home space.
